There is an apartment in the lower level which may be occupied by owner and has complete access to the garage. This unit may use the front hallway to enter but is a lock-off so does not access the main unit. Your unit has its own interior lockable door off the front hall and a lockable door into garage.

This townhouse is on the sunny west end of the complex and is the end unit, sharing only one wall with the neighbors.
