Beaver Creek Resort
Beaver Creek offers more than 1,800 acres of skiable terrain, including its signature run, Birds of Prey, the site of multiple World Cup races. The resort also boasts a convenient village-to-village ski experience, allowing skiers to explore other nearby resorts with one convenient pass. Just make sure you’re back at Beaver Creek by 3 p.m. to claim your complimentary, fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies at the bottom of the Centennial Express.

Vail Ski Resort
One of the largest ski resorts in the United States, Vail boasts more than 5,000 acres of skiable terrain and over 200 trails. The resort’s iconic Back Bowls offer intermediate to expert-level skiing in an expansive and remote setting. Vail also has a variety of other terrain, including groomed runs, moguls, glades, and terrain parks. When you’re done skiing for the day, check out the vibrant Vail village with its numerous shops, restaurants, and après-ski options.

Breckenridge Ski Resort
Breckenridge’s warm and welcoming vibe expands across its five peaks, encompassing a 10-mile range. All that space means there’s lots of room for variety. The resort has 187 trails that range from beginner to expert, with long runs, steep pitches, and groomed cruisers. “Breck” also has five terrain parks with jumps, rails, and other features for freestyle skiers and snowboarders.

Keystone Resort
Keystone Resort has three mountains and a variety of terrain that caters to all levels of skiers and snowboarders, from beginner to expert. The award-winning A51 terrain park features jumps, rails, and boxes that are designed for freestyle skiers and snowboarders.
Keystone also offers night skiing. You can ski or snowboard under the lights on 15 trails, including the resort’s terrain park, on select nights throughout the season.

Copper Mountain Resort
Located about 40 minutes away from Beaver Creek, Copper Mountain offers a well-rounded skiing experience set against breathtaking mountain scenery. Copper tends to have lighter crowds, so you can enjoy more time on the slopes and less time in lift lines. And with much of the mountain north-facing, this resort also tends to have fresh snow later in the season compared to many of the other ski areas.

Arapahoe Basin
If you’re looking for late-season skiing, “A-Basin” has you covered. While most of the area closes up shop in April, Arapahoe Basin often extends into June or early July. With nearly half of the trails rated advanced and a quarter rated expert, it’s easy to see why A-Basin is a favorite amongst the serious ski and snowboard set. Check out Pallavicini if you dare. It’s one of the longest and steepest runs in Colorado.

Sleigh Rides
Enjoy a romantic sleigh ride through the snowy landscape, complete with hot cocoa and blankets. Customize your sleigh-ride experience with a ride-and-dine package that includes dinner, drinks, or dessert.

Shopping
Spend a few hours or even a whole day browsing in Beaver Creek’s pedestrian shopping village. From designer boutiques to specialty shops, Beaver Creek Village offers a variety of shopping options for all tastes and budgets.

Spas
Treat yourself to a day of pampering at one of the many luxury spas in the area, offering everything from massages to body treatments to facials. The Ritz and The Hyatt have extensive spa menus, as do many other locally owned and operated establishments.

Ice Skating
Glide across the ice on the outdoor rink in the center of Beaver Creek Village, complete with twinkling lights and festive music. If you’re not confident in your skating skills, rent an ice bike for a (nearly) topple–proof experience.

Hot Air Ballooning
Passengers can enjoy stunning views of the Rocky Mountains and surrounding valleys and forests, with rides typically scheduled for early morning to catch the sunrise. Many companies offer private rides with multiple options to customize your experience.

Hiking & Biking
Beaver Creek has a variety of hiking trails that offer stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Beaver Creek Resort offers guided hikes and nature walks, or you can easily get out and explore on your own.

Fly Fishing
Spend a day on the river or lake, casting a line for multiple varieties of trout and Whitefish. The area offers a variety of fishing spots, including the Eagle River and Gore Creek. Bring your own gear or rent it from Gore Creek Fly Fisherman in nearby Avon.

Golf
Since 1982, Beaver Creek Golf Club has distinguished itself for its long, challenging fairways, set against a backdrop of majestic mountain beauty. If you take on this 18-hole, championship course, be ready to navigate natural hazards, including bubbling creeks, and narrow fairways situated between pine groves.

Arts & Culture
The Vilar Performing Arts Center hosts live music and well-known performers throughout the year. The Walking Mountains Science Center provides hands-on exhibits and nature walks for visitors of all ages. The National Mining Hall of Fame & Museum showcases the history of mining in the region.

Mountain Biking
Rent a bike (or bring your own) and jump on the Centennial Express Lift. Meander your way down the 10,200 peak while enjoying the beautiful mountain scenery.

Horseback Riding
Explore the mountains on horseback with a guided trail ride. Opt for the picnic pack for a truly special day. Children younger than seven aren’t allowed on the trails, but they’re sure to enjoy riding the ponies at the stable.

4×4 Tours
4×4 tours offer a thrilling way to experience the beauty of the area, with knowledgeable guides providing insight into the local flora, fauna, and history. Many companies offer guided tours that take passengers on scenic routes through mountain passes, past rushing rivers, and to high-altitude vistas.

Property Damage Waiver
Enjoy peace-of-mind with our incidental damage protection.
SkyRun includes a property damage protection waiver on each reservation. The damage waiver covers damage to the property up to $1,500 so long as the damage is accidental and reported to SkyRun prior to your departure. It does not cover damage that is willful, the result of negligence, or damaged caused by the misuse of household items. It also doesn’t cover unreported damage. SkyRun doesn’t charge our guests a refundable damage deposit in lieu of the waiver. Unlike a refundable damage deposit, the damage protection waiver is non-refundable.
If during your rental of our property, you damage the real or personal property assigned to that property, SkyRun will cover the cost of repairs or the cost to replace the property up to an amount not to exceed $1,500. Should the cost of the damage exceed $1,500 or does not meet the criteria for a “covered loss”, and the property owner’s insurance policy also does not cover the loss, then you shall be responsible for the full amount of the damage which will be charged to the credit card on file. Coverage is provided to you and all travelling companions that are staying in the home overnight during your stay.
Coverage is not provided for loss due to:
- Your intentional acts or gross negligence.
- Any damage that occurs if you are in violation of the terms and conditions (including but not limited to having more than maximum occupancy or having a party).
- Loss, theft or damage to any personal effects owned by you or brought on the covered stay by you.
- Loss, theft or damage caused by any person other than you or your traveling companions with whom you share the property reservation unless substantiated by a police report.
Your Duties in the Event of Damage. You must:
- Take all reasonable, necessary steps to protect the property and prevent further damage to it.
- Report the loss in writing (email ok) prior to check-out to the SkyRun staff.
- Provide us documentation such as pictures to substantiate the claim.
