Eagle County Health Order Revised as of November 16th:
The Statewide Order is hereby adopted in its entirety as an Eagle County Standing Public Health Order. Eagle County will be moving to level Orange on the state dial. Eagle County strongly recommends that all persons assume additional responsibility and employ the Five Commitments of Containment to keep transmission of the illness low.

Eagle County Announces: Effective June 22nd, 2020 short-term rental lodging may resume in Eagle County with normal occupancy levels. Eagle County has amended the “blue phase” public health order regarding short-term lodging. The 50% occupancy restriction has been removed.
